URGENT FOSTER NEEDED

We are so happy to welcome one of our wonderful Mexico City pups, Memo. This little boy was rescued last year along with six other dogs. He went through horrible cruelty, abuse, neglect and molestation. He has tracheal damage from the embedded collar he had on while he was chained to a wall. Now he can only wear a harness, and he has to eat with an elevated platform for his food. We just got a new elevated feeder that will go with him to his new home. He is an amazing boy. He's about four years old and weighs 50 pounds. He's fully vetted he's good with other dogs. He is shy and timid in the beginning. Big dogs scare him, so he would do best with smaller dogs. He has been around all sizes of dogs. He is looking for his forever home. He came up to a beautiful Foster home and is just the best dog, and he deserves his 2nd chance.
